We like to offer department leads and high command ranks in all departments to people who deserve it! Application processes will be held for all departments and their ranks were we will ask for experience and backgrounds so the correct people get in the correct positions! (Some positions are filled) We have a number of whitelisted job roles which you can apply for, even if the top spot is filled we encourage department leads to listen to peoples knowledge and try to use that to benefit each department and offer fair chances for people to get senior positions!
