**Mission Statement:**

In the Mission of inspiring awareness, we plan to have criminal and lawful activities alike. Create scripts to be beneficial to the players' ability to have fun. So, in every script we write under this mantra, it will always have these elements. Lawful: the lawful side will be jobs and activities that people do to save the environment (as in growing coral.) Open Job: that anyone at any time can do to make money as in (Placing coral in the sea.) Criminal Activity: that will create monetary gains and create a compelling contrast to the law enforcement that polices it as in (stealing the Coral and selling it to the black market so that it can be used to create items.) It is our mission to focus on the above-mentioned activities to create hours of gaming fun.

Salt Life City RP is committed to Roleplay, and all that surrounds it. “Our roleplay philosophy is simple, keep it clean, keep it toxic-free and keep it in character.” The Roleplay should be pure in its form giving each player a wholesome roleplay experience. This means enforcing the rules as written, dealing with rule breaks in a calm professional manner, and weeding out the toxic. Providing the newest scripts and MLO’s for the enjoyment of our community when possible and creating an atmosphere where people can feel they are enjoying themselves.```

We are an older crowd so this server is a strictly Seventeen (17) year old and above server which ensures the immaturity is automatically weeded out by default. When evaluating someone for a whitelist they must meet the following minimum standard. Mature in answers and have demonstrated the ability to handle role-play scenarios in a mature, toxic-free manner, be able to follow the rules, and get along with others on the server.

In the best interest of fair gameplay, the server staff will not see to the day-to-day affairs of business owners as they are roleplaying as entrepreneurs who should be left to their own business mistakes or successes. The only time staff should involve themselves in businesses is if there are bugs to be fixed, rules broken or disregarded, or if the business has become inactive and changes are to be made to leadership.

Staff is here to help, guide, discipline, and lead with compassion. In the course of a day, the Staff will have many hats to wear. Sometimes you will do events, answer tickets, roleplay, take on roles of needed jobs, or fill in wherever it is needed at the time. As a staff, we pick up where the players left off. So, if there are no police on, then you will need to make an LEO and get out there. If there are cops and no Criminals staff will get out there and create crime. This is all to ensure there is always roleplay and to set the culture of how roleplay should be conducted. As an Owner, I will always have the final decision-making authority, however, leaders must lead. Everyone that is in a leadership position is to take ownership or take charge of their position. If a Leader can not do so then they will be placed in a position that best suits their abilities.

Community is very important and should be taken into consideration when decisions are made. We wish to hear from the community and what it wants. It is important to note that all voices should be heard but not all topics will be implemented. It is ultimately up to executive staff to ensure a good balance is taken and implemented. With that said we here at Salt Life City Roleplay are committed to the community and want to include you in the growth of the server. It is our mission to Keep our server as much as a Republic as the USA we live in. So, suggestions and votes will hold a huge sway on the direction of the server. Salt Life will be committed to posting votes on selected features and rules for the community to vote on.

Marketing should be done by every member. This includes friends of friends, video clips, roleplay excerpts, and posting on social media and forums if we can. Posting a server review on the FiveM server start page. Anything that would promote the server as we are all into this together. There is not one person who is less important than the other in this purpose as it affects the community as a whole. This helps all players help all players as we grow and get more players.
